Purchases from Zyvek Inc. are subject to the following conditions:
- Zyvek Inc. reserves the right to cancel any orders at any time. In the event
of a credit card order, a refund will be issued.
- Absolutely no refunds or returns after 30 days (from date of Invoice).
- Re-Stocking fee applies to any returns. Re-stocking fee applies to refused
packages and/or cancelled orders.
- Any physical damage voids all warranties.
- There will be a $25.00 charge on each returned check and a finance charge
of 1.5% per month for past due accounts.
- The customer is responsible for all legal & collection fees accrued.
- All claims must be made within 3 days.
- Customer is responsible for all shipping charges both ways. Shipping charges
are non-refundable.
- Products need to have original packaging, software, manuals, cables, and
bar code stickers (for manufacturer's warranty).
An order is usually shipped out within 3 days.
